Comfort and Space: Our loft is spacious and comfortable, with a space that features a king bed and a sofa bed that can be used as a single bed. In addition, a modern closet allows you to store everything you need for your stay.
Kitchen and Dining Room: Enjoy the bar with high stools for comfortable dining and breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy all your culinary needs.
Modern Bathroom: The full bathroom with toilet offers comfort and style.
Covered Parking: We offer a large covered garage with automatic access, ensuring the safety of your vehicle. Not suitable for 4X4 trucks or similar size, only cars.
Three Person Capacity: Our loft is equipped to comfortably accommodate three people.
Palmares Open Mall: This upscale shopping mall is located right across the street from your loft, offering a wide selection of stores, restaurants and entertainment options.
Ciclovía de Mendoza: Enjoy the ciclovia that passes by the property's front door and connects the entire city of Mendoza with its outlying towns. It is ideal for walks and bike rides.
Check-in and check-out times: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out must be done before 11:00 AM. These times are flexible, but please let us know in advance if you need to make changes and we will let you know if it is possible or not.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the loft. If you wish to smoke, please use the outside areas and be sure to dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets on our premises.
Noise and Respect for Neighbors: Keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours, which are usually from 09:00 PM to 09:00 AM. Respect the neighbors and the quietness of the building.
Additional Guests: The loft is designed to accommodate a maximum of three people. No additional guests are allowed without prior consent and additional payment.
Care of Facilities: Please treat our loft with the same care you would treat your own home. Report any damage or problems immediately so that we can take care of them.
Cleanliness: We ask that you keep the loft clean and tidy during your stay. Regular cleaning is included in your reservation, but if you need additional cleaning services, please let us know in advance.
Security: Be sure to lock your doors and windows when you leave and during the night. We do not leave responsibility for loss of personal belongings.
Respect for the Law: Comply with all local laws and regulations, including those related to alcohol consumption and civic behavior.
Communication: Keep an open communication with us in case of any questions or problems during your stay. We are here to help you and ensure a pleasant experience.

We are in direct contact between management and guests. Each property has the necessary contact numbers to solve any need that may arise during your stay.
